These will help us identify the bug
- Press Start
- Type “dxdiag” in the search bar
- When the program launches, choose “Save all information”
(If you can’t find the file, go to the “Users” folder options and select the “View” tab; then, under Advanced settings, select “Show hidden files, folders, and drives”. This will reveal the hidden AppData folder.)
Please note that the log is rewritten each time the game is launched! So if a bug was encountered several gaming sessions ago, please do not attach this file.
If possible, archive (zip) the log file before sending it.
